If the job takes longer than 1 week then I require payment of the agreed sum after every 5 days worked.
If any other tradesmen or customer prevents me from working efficiently for any reason this may result in an extra charge based on that situation.
Payment is required immediately on conclusion of work.
Any extra work added and agreed by the customer will result in an extra charge to the original bill.
Any extra work will be regarded as a separate quote and thus any previous job that is concluded will need to be paid for regardless of whether the extra work has been done.
Any force majeure that impacts on efficiency of work may cause an extra charge to the customer.
If any customer becomes rude or abusive I have the right to terminate the contract and will ask for full payment for that job.
If any of my work is damaged after completion by any other external force the cost of fixing it will be charged as an extra.
If the customer changes their mind and causes extra work to me this will be charged as an extra.
If the customer fails to provide materials or a tidy environment that prevents productivity this may be charged as an extra.
I calculate quotes based on how many days i feel it will take to complete any given task, in the event i complete before the stated date or number of days given the sum quoted will still be payable.
In the event I have hired equipment for an agreed date but the use of that equipment has been restricted, postponed or cancelled due to no fault of my own then the additional hire of that equipment must be paid for plus any other costs incurred by this.
If the customer decides to cancel any agreed work this must be instructed no later than 7 days before the start date.
